Where any conflict arises between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion or game, the specific promotional or game rules shall take precedence in relation to that promotion or game only. All other provisions of these Terms & Conditions remain in full effect.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the tabji platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted for your personal use.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the provision of online gambling services by tabji is prohibited under applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether applied by tabji or any other gambling platform.
- You have not previously had a tabji account permanently closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress or undue influence.
tabji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by tabji will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Where tabji discovers that a User has provided false information regarding their age, or that a minor has gained access to the platform, tabji will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, forfeit any winnings generated, and return only the net deposits made to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification. tabji will also report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full range of tabji services, including casino games, sports betting, and financial transactions, you must create a registered account on tabji.app. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment methods — you must update your account profile promptly. tabji accepts no responsibility for failed communications or payment errors resulting from outdated account information.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one active tabji account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where tabji identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the platform.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
tabji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime. KYC verification may be triggered at any point, including but not limited to: first withdrawal, withdrawal above a specified threshold, account updates, or where tabji's systems identify unusual account activity. Required documentation typically includes:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account associated with your deposits.
tabji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing fraudulent, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tabji login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tabji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge from the account security settings. You agree to notify tabji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. tabji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tabji account balance instantly, subject to the successful completion of the mobile money transaction on the respective provider's platform. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. tabji does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tabji accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the tabji cashier. These limits may be adjusted periodically at tabji's sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided to users where material changes are made.
All funds deposited into your tabji account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where such a violation is identified, tabji reserves the right to void all wagers, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be processed as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval, 24 hours a day.
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.
tabji does not charge withdrawal fees for transactions via bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer and card withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be displayed in the tabji cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. tabji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
4.3 Currency
The tabji platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and promotional values are displayed in ৳ BDT. tabji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion required to process a Visa or Mastercard transaction in a foreign currency will be performed at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and the User bears any resulting exchange rate risk or conversion fees charged by their card issuer.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
tabji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar (including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 25x or 35x) applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms at the point of opt-in. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified for the promotion; any bonus funds remaining in your account after the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports betting may contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion's terms. Games that are excluded from contributing to wagering requirements will be clearly indicated in the promotion's terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
tabji monitors bonus usage across all accounts and employs automated systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or hedge bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, using automated scripts to generate bonus-eligible play, and sharing bonus codes in violation of their stated distribution terms. Where tabji determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, tabji reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any winnings generated from that bonus, and close the account.
5.3 General Bonus Restrictions
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, and per device.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements.
- tabji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
- In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of tabji's management team is final.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the tabji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the experience of all users, and the safety of the wider tabji community.
6.1 You Must
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and KYC verification.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify tabji immediately of any suspected compromise.

- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and financial transactions.
- Use only payment methods registered in your own name.

6.2 You Must Not
- Register or maintain more than one tabji account.
- Allow any other person to access or use your tabji account.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological aid to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage over other players.
- Engage in collusive betting, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the tabji sportsbook.
- Attempt to exploit any software bug, error, or vulnerability on the tabji platform. Any such error must be reported immediately to [email protected].
- Use the tabji platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse tabji staff or other users through any communication channel.
- Make any false or misleading claim about your identity, age, location, or financial circumstances.
Violations of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content on tabji.app — including but not limited to the tabji brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tabji or its duly licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tabji platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may close your tabji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on tabji.app or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary account closure, tabji will confirm your identity, settle any outstanding wagers, and process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, tabji will process your request immediately without requiring you to clear a pending withdrawal first. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period, which has a minimum duration of six months. 8.3 Account Suspension by tabji
tabji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (inactive account policy applies — see tabji.app for current inactive account fee schedule).
- Receipt of a legal instruction, court order, or regulatory direction requiring account closure.
Where tabji closes an account due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, tabji reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a material breach (for example, regulatory closure), tabji will return the real-money balance to the User's registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures.
